All regular priced items can be returned for store credit only within 14 days of the date of delivery at the lowest ticketed price. The item must be unworn with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Please email us regarding your return item within 7 days of delivery date.
Once we have received the order and it has been approved for return, the customer will be notified within 2-3 business days and issued a store credit to be used on a future order or exchange of the same item, if the item is available in the preferred size.
Promotional Sales of 30% or higher are final sale. Items that are marked down on the SALE tab cannot be returned or exchanged. All Semi-Annual, Warehouse, and Moving Sales are FINAL. No exceptions.

We check each item thoroughly before shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your purchase by emailing email@example.com with "Damaged" and the order number in the subject line.
