Shipping Policy

Graeson Bee Boutique currently ships to locations in the USA and Canada.

* Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.

Orders take 3-5 business days to be processed and packed out of our warehouse. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays and tracking information is sent once the shipping label has been created. Orders placed on Holidays may take longer to ship. 

Online Only & Custom products (I.e., graphic tees, NICU items, and brand logo items) have a processing time of 7-10 business days as these items are made to order.

All shipping cost will be calculated based on location and weight of the package.

Graeson Bee is not responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service, UPS, or DHL shipping
  • Additional Customs Charges
  • Lost, stolen, damaged, or marked delivered items.
  • To file a claim, please submit all claims through the postal service provider.
